arc-spray-system-arc150

The Metallisation ARC150 system offers a great balance of controllable throughput with flexible operation and the opportunity to have extended supplies packages up to 50m from the energiser to the pistol.  The ARC150 system is designed for anti-corrosion applications spraying zinc, aluminium and their alloys but can also be used to spray other materials commonly sprayed in larger applications such as high temperature alloys.

Being an Australian Distributor for all Metallisation Metal Spray Systems, MSSA supply the full range of Arc Spray equipment, including spray pistols and spare parts.  We also service and repair all sytems, drive units and pistols.

Arc Spray ARC150 - Features

  • Arc-Spray-SystemFine coating finish minimise post-processing when fine paint finishes required.
  • Push/Pull system for a more stable arc ensuring quality coatings with consistent operation.
  • 500A Spray Capacity for high productivity with flexibility for spraying smaller and more complex structures.
  • Patented Flexible Drive system (Synchronised) with a larger core for added strength under greater duty.
  • Contact tube and tip design give finer coating finish and optimise reliability due to better heat dissipation at high current.
  • 10 and 20 metre supplies packages from the wire to the pistol for spraying accessibility.
  • High powered, sealed / lubed for life inverter drive gear-motor.
  • Heavy duty push drive unit with independent, quantifiable tension adjustment.
  • Air-cooled cables reduce pistol supply weight and operator fatigue and give good maneuvrability.
  • Suitable for 2.3mm and 2.5mm Anti-corrosion (zinc, aluminium and their alloys) plus 1.6mm steels and high temperature alloys.
  • V-shaped feed rollers are easy to change and are reversible for longer life from a single roller.
  • Easy to maintain, less than 2 minutes to change contact tips that do not require adjustment.
  • Spray voltage measured at the pistol for improved diagnostics and setup.
  • Choice of coating textures
  • When wire drive is energiser mounted, the drive unit can rotate through 180º to follow the operator whilst spraying
  • Power extension trolley with several length options designed to allow the energiser to be sited away from the spray job.
  • Quick release power, air and control couplings allow quick assembly / disassembly of package.
