MSSA 103

MSSA 103 is a metal bound carbide powder for wear resistant coatings produced by flame, plasma or high- velocity-flame-spraying (HVOF).

MSSA 105

Preferably HVOF sprayed, very dense coatings can be achieved with extreme hardness of HV 0.2 1000-1300 and tensile strength of more than 70 N/mm2.

MSSA 106

In comparison with WC/Co coatings MSSA 105 and 106 shows a higher resistance against oxidation and corrosion in aqueous solutions and can be operated up to maximum of 650°C.

MSSA 108

In comparison with WC/Co coatings MSSA 108 shows superior oxidation and corrosion resistance properties. In addition it has a better chemical resistance than other WC-based materials.

MSSA 251

MSSA 251 powder produces dense, well bonded and very hard coatings which is suited for hard surfaces, fretting or abrasive wear. The coating is also resistant to corrosion, heat and oxidation temperature up to 800°C.

MSSA 825

MSSA 825 powder is made exclusively for metal spraying. MSSA 825 is a Chromium Carbide-Nickel-Chromium powder produced by agglomerating and sintering.

MSSA 885

MSSA 885 coatings are used for high temperature applications above 500oC where standard WC coatings will oxidize. Coatings produced offer excellent high temperature stability, oxidation and corrosion resistance

MSSA 1274
